Ipsy

I've been a IPSY subscriber for almost 2 years now and I've been introduced to products that I probably would've never tried.   I think as time goes along they get better with giving each subscriber what they like.   The bags,  for the most part,  are worth the $10 per month.   I love them and use them as change purses, and makeup bags for my purse.

Brands that they've introduced me to that I love are Benefit,  Too Faced,  Tarte, Luxe, etc.  I've gotten so many good brushes and products to try.   Serums,  different mascaras,  you name it they've sent it.   It does get a little boring until they introduce something new but overall 5 products plus a bag for $10 a month......worth it!

Cruvie Clothing

Everyone knows I'm a home grown ATLien.  I didn't move to Atlanta.   I wasn't born elsewhere.   I was born at Northside hospital and was raised in College Park AND Fayetteville.   I'm proud of both.   So who knew that a friend of my sister,  brother made shirts with home town phrases.   I'd seen the shirts before but I never knew the company.   Once I find everything out I was like I gotta get one and support. I ordered my COLLEGE PARK women's t shirt for $25 plus shipping.

I've received the shirt and worn it and it's nice quality.   You can customize shirts as well.  They make hoodies as well.   So please check them out.   The website is www.cruvie.com and they have an Instagram page as well.   Support these black businesses please!

ColouredRaine

In an effort to support more black businesses I've come across a lipstick/lip gloss company by the name of ColouredRaine.  I was looking for a Royal Blue lipstick or gloss that would pop in the right way.  Well, I ordered the color Royal and I must say that I'm pleased.   The price was ok but in order to support you're gonna have to pay for a quality product.   Tell me what you think about the Royal Blue matte color.

Hourglass Vanish Stick Foundation

I received Hourglass Vanish Stick Foundation in the shade of Walnut complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.  Now that I got that formality out of the way I can continue.  So this stick foundation.  Never, ever thought I would like it.  Turns out I don't like it...I love it!  It's so light weight and smooth.  I thought I selected the wrong color but this shade really does me well!  I will be buying this again.  It came with a kabuki brush to apply which I was so excited about.  I post a few pics below to show you how marvelous it is😗

Make Me Certified

This post will be short but I had to let all my sistas know about this website.  I've been eying the dress below for a good 3-4 months.  I either didn't have the money when it was in stock, or it wasn't in stock.  I finally got lucky.  Yes they have other dresses but this EXPLOSION wrap dress was extra special.  My rule is now that if I don't LOVE IT, I don't buy it.

How many times have we all gone to the closet full of clothes and swear we have nothing to wear?  I bet if this was a studio audience all hands would be up. Since I've been downsizing I see the importance of having clothing in your wardrobe you love.  Back to this EXPLOSION dress.

Yes www.makemecertified.com has many dresses.  This one is unique.  By the way it sells out when finally in stock everyone else knows that it is special too!  I paid $60 for this dress.  Y'all should already know I think that is too much.  Maybe $45 but I understand the boutique pricing.  It wasn't free shipping so I really ended paying about $68.

Once I received this dress I immediately tried it on.  It is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photo.  I'm wearing it to my going away party and I'll post pics of me wearing it by next week.  While the prices are higher than I want to pay, the great thing about their inventory is that whatever they have you can find it in skinny AND plus sizes.  They have a huge selection for ANY woman who wants to shop.  Please visit the website and follow them on Instagram at MAKEMECERTIFIED!
